Good food at good price. People would sometime wonder if or not to go to a place of this calibur wondering it maybe expensive cos of the so called posh surrounding and mordern and elegant design. But i was shocked at shikara we had a meal for to for less than £60.i think this place needs more recongnition by the food writers, av been told my the manager at the restaurant Fay maschler from the evening standard reviewed the placed and awarded three stars, good on them they very well deserve it. It is also been said few celabrities has visited the place, not suprised at all this place is a den for indian food lovers.

Malabar Monkfish the flavour still tingles when I think of Shikara. Bangalore Phall was unexpectedly hot, the unusual Rioja went excellent with the meal- never seen it b4. Everything is very carefully selected. Definitely an interested addition to my neighbourhood!

Different types of Indian food as well as traditional madras vindalooos, clean decor and calming atmosphere (Not noisy like AMAYA)

I've tried Shikara after hearing gossip in my locals. Yes It's certainly deserves a chance to be tried. I am not a great fan of spicy food I am a Korma person. The presentation of starters and salads very good.Ambience very relaxing definitely place to relax.
